Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Guarantee: We guarantee that plants purchased are true to name and that they are in healthy condition at the time of pickup. If plants are not true to name or if they are not in a healthy condition at the time of pick-up, we will ( at our option) replace the plants of refund original amount paid. Because of many over which we have no control (i.e. proper handling, soil preparation, planting, watering, mulching, insect damage, weather, etc.) it is impossible to guarantee the continued growth of plants purchased.
Terms: All new accounts are C.O.D. A deposit of 50% is required before digging begins, unless arrangements have been made.
Established Accounts are due within thirty days from the date of invoice. One and one-half (1 1/2) per month (annual rate of 18%) service charge will be charged on all accounts due over 30 days.
Pricing:
All prices are per each F.O.B. Coon’s Grove Nursery, LaSalle IL.
IL State Sales Tax will be charged at 6.5% unless we are provided with a signed Certificate of Resale.
Prices listed are subject to cancellation or change without notice.
Truck loading & Shipping: Loading by appointment only. We can arrange shipping by independent trucking company with freight costs payable by the customer directly to the trucker upon delivery.
Retail customers - Delivery and planting service available.
Nursery Tagging Policy: Personal selection of plant materials is always encouraged. Please call in advance and make an appointment. A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of tagging.
